Crístal is an imported mare with exceptional bloodlines. Her sire, Cascavelle, was an outstanding jumper and received scores of 9 and 10 at the stallion performance test. As a breeding stallion, he was rated second in a German-wide survey of young stallions. His sire Cantus sired many successful breeding stallions including the international Grand Prix horse, Come On. Cantus is also the sire of Calvaro who won the individual Silver medal at the 1996 Olympics n Atlanta.

Crístal’s dam’s sire is Alcatraz. Alcatraz was champion of his stallion performance test. In his first foal crops, he produced six approved stallions including Akinos who was the champion of the 1993 Holsteiner Stallion approvals. Alcatraz’s offspring are successful competition horses, several of which are internationally successful show jumpers. According to FN-breeding value estimates, he is a "plus sire" in showjumping and dressage.

Crístal is an impressive mare with a lot of presence. She is an outstanding mover with a wonderful temperament and excellent rideability. She is schooling lst and 2^nd level movements and is a top FEI prospect. As her bloodlines would dictate, she is also a talented jumper. She has shown in the Schooling Jumpers and could be a great horse for a junior or amateur. Crístal was recently the Grand Champion Mare at the Southern Pines International Breed Show receiving a rare score of "9" on conformation.
